Thank you for shopping with titlii.in. This Order & Return Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and under what conditions returns or exchanges may be accepted.

This document is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on our website are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing time may extend slightly.

Once your order is processed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message/email with your order details
  • A dispatch notification with tracking information once shipped

2. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or if the package is repeatedly undeliverable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

At titlii.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of sarees and handcrafted products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

A. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received the wrong product

All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos as proof.

B. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sarees that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
  • Products purchased on sale or discount
  • Sarees with minor variations in color or texture due to screen resolution or photography
  • Custom-stitched blouses or fall-pico service (if applicable)

C. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • An unboxing video showing the original package opening is mandatory

D. Refund Method

Refunds are processed only in the following forms:

  • Store Credit (valid for future purchases)
  • Exchange for another product of similar value

No cash refunds or bank refunds are provided.

E. Return Shipping

In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged area
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Our support team will inspect the case and provide a resolution (exchange or store credit).

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

Minor color differences may appear due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns.
